Kundalini Yoga Immersion

Join us for a monthly deep-dive into Kundalini Yoga. This immersion will include breath work, mantra, kriya yoga, and sound healing.

Light, vegetarian food will be provided after the workshop.

No experience with Kundalini Yoga is necessary.
